Our mission is to provide excellent services to our customers while using business as a medium in creating career opportunities for people with barriers to employment.


We offer a one-stop shop for all property pest control needs including pest control preparation and waste removal. We specialize in servicing nonprofit housing groups along with commercial and residential customers. Our in-depth knowledge and experience allows us to safely treat the most challenging environments. We offer pest control services in Vancouver and across the Lower Mainland.

We also provide customers with a social return on investment. Our mission is to provide top quality professional pest control services while also offering training and employment opportunities to people who have barriers to employment, such as poverty and disability. We hire, train, and support marginalized individuals, contributing to community economic development in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside and Metro Vancouver.


Our team consists of both professional, licensed technicians and people in training who have barriers to employment. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to work and become financially independent. Green Frog Pest Control provides opportunities for people to achieve this goal. We offer appropriate training leading to certification for pest control technicians.

Dylan Goggs

Founder & CEO

Dylan is a social entrepreneur and works closely with community groups, businesses, and non-profits. He moved from the UK to Vancouver with his wife and three children in 2004; in 2010 launched his first social venture. He is the founder of Simpson Society, CleanStart BC, Cofounder of Green Frog Pest Control and Vice President of Transforming Education Society. He is passionate about finding creative solutions for social employment. He attributes his success to the support of his family, community partners, and friends from the business community

    Ryan Frawley

    ACE Senior Techician

    Ryan Frawley began his pest control career in Vancouver in 2006. He holds pesticide applicator’s licenses in BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan, and has worked across Western Canada in a variety of roles.

    In 2015, he became the first Canadian to achieve the Associate Certified Entomologist - International qualification from the Entomological Society of America.

      Kane McIntyre

      Pest Control Technician

      Kane began his pest control career in New Zealand in 2009, specifying in wildlife control.
      Working towards a tuberculosis free New Zealand.

      Kane studied Environmental Management and Planning at Lincoln University , Christchurch, New Zealand. He moved to Vancouver in 2015 and joined Green Frog in 2016.
